How long does it take to make my order?

All items are handcrafted and made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships.


Do you offer custom and personalized items?

Yes! Many of our products can be personalized with names, ranks, departments, badge numbers, dates, and custom text.


Can I submit my own logo, photo, or artwork?

In many cases, yes. Please contact us before ordering to discuss artwork requirements and file quality.


Will I receive a proof before production?

For certain custom orders, a proof may be provided for approval before production begins. Additional proofing may increase production time.


Do you accept returns?

Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery.

Personalized and custom-made items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. We will work quickly to resolve the issue.


Why does my item look slightly different than the photos?

Wood is a natural material. Variations in grain, color, knots, engraving tone, and finish are normal and make every piece unique.


Do you offer free shipping?

Free shipping may be available on select products and promotions. Shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout.

(If you’re offering free shipping sitewide, we can change this to simply “Yes, we offer free shipping on all orders.”)


Can I cancel my order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production has not started.

Custom and personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.


What materials do you use?

Most products are created using premium wood, including birch plywood and hardwoods, along with quality finishes designed to highlight the natural beauty of each piece.


Are your products handmade?

Yes. Every item is designed, engraved, assembled, and finished in Medina, Ohio.


Do you make products for Fire, EMS, and Police departments?

Absolutely. We specialize in custom décor, recognition gifts, and personalized products for firefighters, EMS professionals, law enforcement officers, and other first responders.


Do you offer bulk or department orders?

Yes. We can accommodate department awards, retirements, promotions, recognition gifts, and other group orders. Please contact us for pricing and availability.
