Returns, Refunds & Production Policy
At 55-7 Custom Works, every item is handcrafted and made to order. We take pride in creating high-quality custom products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.
Production Times
All items are handcrafted and made to order.
Please allow 3–7 business days for production before your order ships. Production times may vary during holidays, peak seasons, or periods of increased order volume.
Custom and personalized items may require additional production time depending on design complexity.
If you need an item by a specific date, please contact us before placing your order and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Returns
Non-Personalized Items
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Item must be unused and in original condition.
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
- Original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.
Personalized & Custom Items
Because personalized and custom-made products are created specifically for each customer, these items are non-refundable and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
This includes items customized with:
- Names
- Dates
- Department Names
- Badge Numbers
- Agency Information
- Custom Text
- Customer-Supplied Artwork
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery.
- Include photographs of the item and packaging.
- We will repair, replace, or refund the item at no cost to you.
Personalization Accuracy
Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalization details before submitting an order.
55-7 Custom Works is not responsible for errors in names, dates, badge numbers, department names, addresses, or other information provided by the customer during checkout.
Natural Wood Variations
Wood is a natural material and each piece is unique.
Variations in:
- Wood grain
- Color
- Knots
- Engraving tone
- Distressing patterns
- Finish appearance
are normal and are not considered defects.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase provided production has not started.
Custom and personalized orders that have entered production cannot be canceled.
